The digital guide will be descriptive, explanatory, engaging, and interactive, through which young people with and without disabilities will be able to improve personally and professionally, by the mean of the youth workers support, elevate their knowledge and understanding of themselves and each other, beneficial to improve mutual collaboration and mutually progress towards more stable and empowered future. The guide will be different from traditional approaches to this topic, due to its powerful and symbolic state-of-the-art concept.
Communication through art can be in many ways more adventuresome, powerful, dynamic, while on the other hand, it can be sensitive, softening, and compassionate. Following the idea that the oldest known form of communication were paintings, through which humans represented their fears and surroundings, we heartily, and vigorously believe that using artistic skills such as painting, sound, and movement as a method of interacting with others.
In planing the O1, the partners are dedicated to working on crafting new and rewriting traditional, and other methods of involving and engaging youth with or without disabilities and adapting them to the current global unstable state induced by pandemic Covid-19, and designing and redesigning it to the digital era.
The virtual training methodology guide will be mainly disseminated by social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok, but it will also be in a form of a digital document consisting of various useful topics, on how-to approaches to the virtual training sessions, what online tools are useful, depending on the subject and situation, how-to keep youth engaged during session, and numerous of alternative suggestions and pointers, that will take a form in a shape of text, picture, short video, and sound.
Before laying the foundation for the design and developing the O1, the project takes off by running dynamic and detailed research and analysis in each partner’ country with the aim to investigate, directly with experts, youth workers, cultural organizations and institutions that work, support, and take care of young people with disabilities, as well with young people with and without disabilities. Concrete results from the research and analysis will provide useful data that will be incorporated in the next phase that will be the creation and development of the concept and structure of methodology.

* To grow non-discriminatory attitudes and decrease prejudices towards people with disabilities among the local youth community.
* To empower youth workers and young people’s creativity by equipping them with artistic skill and to stimulate them to be actively involved in cultural life.
